These Terms and Conditions form the basis for the provision of all services on our online marketplace www.eclatroyale.com.

Company Information: Éclat Royale is a high-end jewellery marketplace where different designers can sell their designs. Customers can purchase luxury jewellery from various designers in one place.

1. General Information Éclat Royale facilitates the sale of jewellery from designers worldwide. Orders containing jewelry from multiple designers may be shipped in separate deliveries.

By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions. We ensure that orders are placed and shipped directly from the designer to you with tracking and insurance. Your personal data is safe with us, and we only share necessary shipping information for order fulfillment.

2. Role of Éclat Royale The product page for each item specifies whether it is sold directly by Éclat Royale or a designer. Éclat Royale provides the marketplace and facilitates transactions but is not responsible for the product, its quality, or any issues related to it. The designer is responsible for returns, exchanges, complaints, and legal compliance.

Regardless of the seller, Éclat Royale will remain the primary point of contact for customer service and will facilitate payments and returns when necessary.

3. Personal Data To process your orders, Éclat Royale collects and processes necessary personal data. If you purchase from a designer, relevant data will be shared with them for order fulfillment. Our Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.

4. Payments We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one listed at the time of order placement.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • PayPal, Apple Pay

  • Bank transfers (Note: Bank transfers are not protected by the objection scheme, but returns may still be processed as per our policy.)

For security reasons, all payments undergo verification. If additional information is required, we will contact you before processing payment.

Your payment is only deducted when your order is shipped or when the designer starts crafting your custom piece.

5. Shipping & Delivery The estimated delivery time is specified on the product page. Delivery time refers to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Extended delivery times may apply for custom-made items (+4 weeks). You will be informed in such cases.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. An additional 14-day extension is provided, making the total return period 30 days.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To request a return, contact info@eclatroyale.com. 

    for the correct return address.

    If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover shipping fees.

     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Items showing signs of wear and tear beyond standard handling.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If an item is returned with signs of use, a partial refund may be issued based on its condition.

7. Exchanges We offer one free exchange per order for size adjustments. If further exchanges are required, the customer must cover the shipping costs.

8. Complaints & Warranty If an item is defective, you have 24 months to file a complaint, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after detecting the issue.

To file a complaint, email info@eclatroyale.com  with a description and photos of the defect. If the issue falls under warranty, you may receive a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the case.

9. Right of Withdrawal You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. If you do so, you have another 14 days to return the item.

To withdraw, email info@eclatroyale.com The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

10. Disclaimer Éclat Royale is not responsible for any negative acts, damages, or issues resulting from the use of products purchased through the platform. The responsibility for product quality, authenticity, and compliance lies with the designer.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or UAE courts.
