• Custom or personalized items, including engraved jewelry, are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Vendors will review the return request and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved by the vendor.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
